NEDERLANDS Plukhof ons paradijs hier op aarde is CSA bedrijf van groenten en kleinfruit. Onze klanten die wij oogstdeelnemers noemen komen wekelijks zelf hun groenten oogsten, Hierdoor hebben wij een nauw contact met onze oogstdeelnemers sommige zijn echte vrienden geworden. Wij telen een volledig aanbod groenten, het is ons doel dat onze klanten alles op het veld kunnen oogsten het jaar rond en niet meer naar de winkel hoeven voor groenten, uiteraard telen wij volgens de seizoenen. Tomaten in de zomer spruitjes in de winter. Wij vieren samen met onze oogstdeelnemers de 8 Keltische jaarfeesten om hier bewust bij stil te staan en dankbaar te zijn voor alles wat de natuur ons geeft. Wij leven op het ritme van de seizoenen in samenwerking met de natuur. Graag delen wij onze levenswijsheden en de wonderen van de natuur met je. Helpende handen en leergierigheid, in ruil voor kost en inwoon is voor ons onderdeel van een evoluerende toekomst. “Samen kunnen we meer” dat verbindt ons als mensen. We zijn echte huismussen en verwelkomen graag de wereld op onze boerderij. Ideale wwoof kandidaat voor onze boerderij: • Leer gierig naar biologische landbouw • Engagement voor langere periode ideaal minimum 1 maand maar alles is bespreekbaar • Graag in de buitenlucht en met de handen in de aarde • Flexibel vooral ook met het weer in België kan het al eens regenen en verandert onze planning vaak last minute • Community vibes naar alle werkers op onze boerderij samen gaat het beter en naar onze oogstdeelnemers • Handig, verantwoordelijk, down to earth • Fruit plukken de helft van de oogst is voor verkoop B2B • Kunnen koken Wat bieden wij: • Plukhof is een kleine familiale boerderij. • We betrekken je mee in alle activiteiten van de boerderij. • Kennis over biolandbouw, regeneratieve landbouw, biodiversiteit, bodemgezondheid, teelttechnieken, zaaien, planten, bemesten, fruitteelt, groententeelt, teeltrotatie,… • We zijn machinaal ook sterk uitgerust met diverse machines op ons bedrijf. • Een fijn team om samen mee te werken. Els verantwoordelijk voor het kleinfruit; Jelle verantwoordelijk voor de groententeelt; • Gezonde maaltijden; We bekijken per dag wie er behoefte heeft om ’s middags te koken. • We zijn ook zorg boerderij. We hebben meestal 1 zorggaste voor enkele dagen per week. • We hebben ook mensen die stage komen doen bij ons. Heerlijke accommodatie: • Fijne gezellige woonwagen met houtkachel • mini keukentje met koelkast (maar je eet steeds bij ons mee) • Compost toilet • Buiten koude douche, binnen warme douche • Eigen campingcar is ook mogelijk ENGLISH Plukhof our paradise here on earth is a CSA company of vegetables and small fruit. Our customers, who we call harvest participants, come to harvest their own vegetables every week. This gives us close contact with our harvest participants, some of whom have become real friends. We grow a full range of vegetables, our goal is that our customers can harvest everything in the field all year round and no longer have to go to the store for vegetables, of course we grow according to the seasons. Together with our harvest participants, we celebrate the 8 Celtic annual festivals to consciously reflect on this and be grateful for everything that nature gives us. We live to the rhythm of the seasons in cooperation with nature. We like to share our wisdom of life and the wonders of nature with you. Ideal wwoof candidate for our farm: • Learn greedily about organic farming • Long-term commitment ideally minimum 1 months but everything is negotiable • Preferably outdoors and with your hands in the soil • Flexible especially with the weather in Belgium it can rain sometimes and our planning often changes last minute • Community vibes to all workers on our farm together it goes better and to our harvest participants • Handy, responsible, down to earth • Picking fruit half of the harvest is for B2B sales • Ability to cook What do we offer: • Plukhof is a small family farm. • We involve you in all activities of the farm. • Knowledge about organic farming, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, soil health, cultivation techniques, sowing, planting, fertilizing, fruit growing, vegetable growing, crop rotation, ... • We are also strongly equipped with various machines on our farm. • A nice team to work with. FRANÇAIS Plukhof, notre paradis ici sur terre, est une entreprise CSA qui produit des légumes et des petits fruits. Nos clients, que nous appelons participants aux récoltes, viennent chaque semaine récolter eux-mêmes leurs légumes. Nous entretenons ainsi des contacts étroits avec nos participants aux récoltes, dont certains sont devenus de véritables amis. Nous cultivons une gamme complète de légumes, notre objectif est que nos clients puissent tout récolter au champ toute l'année et n'aient plus besoin d'aller au magasin pour acheter des légumes, bien sûr nous cultivons selon les saisons. Tomates en été, choux de Bruxelles en hiver. Nous célébrons les 8 fêtes annuelles celtiques avec nos participants aux récoltes pour y réfléchir consciemment et être reconnaissants pour tout ce que la nature nous donne. Nous vivons au rythme des saisons en collaboration avec la nature. Nous aimerions partager avec vous notre sagesse de vie et les merveilles de la nature. Un coup de main et une soif d’apprendre, en échange d’un logement et d’une pension, font partie d’un avenir en évolution pour nous. « Ensemble, nous pouvons faire plus » qui nous relie en tant que personnes. Nous sommes de vrais casaniers et aimons accueillir le monde dans notre ferme. Candidat wwoof idéal pour notre ferme : • Éduquer avidement à l'agriculture biologique • Engagement à long terme, idéal minimum 1 mois mais tout est négociable • De préférence en plein air et les mains dans le sol • Flexible, surtout avec la météo en Belgique, il peut parfois pleuvoir et notre planning change souvent à la dernière minute • Ambiance communautaire pour tous les travailleurs de notre ferme, les choses s'amélioreront ensemble et pour nos participants à la récolte • Pratique, responsable, terre-à-terre • Cueillette de fruits, la moitié de la récolte est destinée aux ventes B2B • Être capable de cuisiner Que proposons-nous : • Plukhof est une petite ferme familiale. • Nous vous impliquons dans toutes les activités de la ferme. • Connaissances en agriculture biologique, agriculture régénérative, biodiversité, santé des sols, techniques de culture, semis, plantation, fertilisation, fruiticulture, maraîchage, rotation des cultures,… • Nous sommes également hautement équipés de diverses machines dans notre entreprise. • Une excellente équipe avec qui travailler. Aulne responsable des petits fruits ; Jelle responsable de la culture maraîchère ; • Repas sains; Chaque jour, nous regardons qui doit cuisiner l'après-midi. • Nous sommes également une ferme de soins. Nous avons généralement 1 invité soignant quelques jours par semaine. • Nous avons aussi des gens qui viennent faire un stage chez nous. N'hésitez pas à aller woofer chez Elsamp;Jelle ! j'y ai passé quelques week ends pour la cueillette des fruits, le désherbage, semis, plantation, les tâches d'entretien, la récolte des légumes,.... le tout au milieu d'un magnifique terrain mais aussi sous les sympathiques conseils de Elsamp;Jelle. Ils parlent français et anglais maar voor franstaligen is het een goede en leuke manier om nederlands te spreken... et si vous voulez loger il y a aussi une super roulotte !
