Wij zijn Marc en Bénédicte en trotse eigenaars van onze Humus bioboerderij! We geloven in een gezonde en levende bodem die voor gezond en levend voedsel zorgt. Daar begint het voor ons allemaal! Bodemzorg en kwalitatieve compostering Teelt van oude granen en zaden (quinoa, gierst, spelt, linzen, rogge, tarwe) Opschonen, triëren, pellen ,malen en verpakken van de hoeveproducten. Gemiddelde dag : deels meehelpen opbouw composthopen en procesopvolging alsook verwerken van granen en zaden, onderhoud moestuinproject, onderhoud agroforestry. WWOOFERS leren alles over bodem,compost,humus,compostextract,agroecologie,etc. alsook verwerken van granen en zaden We nemen één gemeenschappelijke maaltijd. Vrije tijd : wandelen, fietsen, ... We are Marc and Bénédicte and proud owners of our Humus organic farm! We believe in healthy and living soil providing healthy and living food. That's where it all starts for us! Soil care and quality composting Cultivation of ancient grains and seeds (quinoa, millet, spelt, lentils, rye, wheat) Cleaning, triining, husking, milling and packaging of farm produce. Average day: partly helping build compost heaps and process monitoring as well as processing grains and seeds, maintaining vegetable garden project, maintaining agroforestry. WWOOFERS learn all about soil,compost,humus,compost extract,agroecology,etc.. as well as processing grains and seeds. We take one communal meal. Free time : hiking, cycling, ... Nous sommes Marc et Bénédicte et fiers propriétaires de notre ferme biologique Humus ! Nous croyons qu'un sol sain et vivant donne une nourriture saine et vivante. C'est là que tout commence pour nous ! Entretien du sol et compostage de qualité Culture de grains et de graines anciennes (quinoa, millet, épeautre, lentilles, seigle, blé) Nettoyage, triage, décorticage, mouture et conditionnement des produits de la ferme. Journée moyenne : participation à la construction de tas de compost et à la surveillance des processus, traitement des céréales et des graines, entretien du projet de jardin potager, entretien de l'agroforesterie. Les WWOOFERS apprennent tout sur le sol, le compost, l'humus, l'extrait de compost, l'agroécologie, etc. ainsi que sur le traitement des céréales et des graines. Nous prenons un repas en commun. I had a wonderful experience staying with Marc and Bénédicte! They are incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming hosts. It's clear how passionate they are about their farm and everything they do. I felt included, respected, and appreciated throughout my stay. It was a pleasure to be a part of their daily life. I really appreciated the opportunity to share knowledge and learn from each other, it was a genuine exchange that made the experience even more meaningful. I’m very grateful for the time I spent there and would recommend this host to any future WWOOFers!
